the bubble bath is "so far so good" but I've got a bit more R&D to do before it is ready for Prime Time.  My testers (aka human guinea pigs) are happy, but we have to see how shelf stable this mixture will be.

The craft fair that I did a few weeks ago went quite nicely, tried a new set up for the booth and that seemed pretty well received.  However, I nearly killed myself w/ the setting up, dragging stuff in from the parking lot inside then the whole thing in reverse a day later. I was the absolutely last person there at the end of the day - then again, I'm pretty much the only fool  I know doing this w/ no other people for help. I was super jealous of the lady next to me whose strapping husband was there to put up her displays, then he left until it was time to break everything down. Ah well, once upon a time... I might just have to invest in a hand truck, since Prince Charming is otherwise occupied!

I've been making soap for the past several days to get ready for the holiday fair season. Yesterday's batch was Smooth Almond so the whole house smells warmly nutty. Fantastic!
The other thing I've been working on has been new flavors of dog cookies... a few folks asked about them at the fair, so I've been noodling w/ some new recipes. I made "apple & peanut butter" yesterday, but ... my canine testers were entirely underwhelmed. If Bounce turns up her nose.... well, that speaks volumes. Back to the drawing board.. or in this case, the cutting board.
FYI.. you can now find me on Facebook - Wooly Bear Soaps, so stop in and say hi if you're in the neighborhood..
